Solution:  This is really an easy one but tough to find single dummy.  Start with the ♥A followed by the ♦3.  West has no choice but to win this second trick and having been stripped of all other cards is forced to return a spade into your ♠AQ tenace.  It is only now that you can cash your ♣A.  If you were to cash it earlier West could discard the ♦A and escape the endplay.
