Contract is spades.  South to lead.  Win 4 tricks.
Solution:  Start with the 7.  If West does not cover with the K then the 4 can be discarded from the north hand and the 7 will hold the trick.  This leads to an easy 4 tricks; one trump, one diamond and two clubs.  West must therefore cover with the K.  Declarer's remedy to this is to trump the K with the ♠6.  Declarer now plays the ♣5 from North down to his ♣K.  Declarer can now play the 2 (discarding the 4), leaving East no choice but to win this trick and being endplayed into playing a club into North's ♣AJ tenace.
