Contract is spades.  South to lead.  Win 4 tricks.

Solution:  Start with the ♠Q, both East and West must follow with a spade and Declarer discards discards the ♥A from North.  Next the ♥2 is played which West is forced to win and on this trick Declarer must discard the ♦A from dummy.  West is now down to just diamonds and it does not matter which of them is lead - they are all the same.  Declarer simply covers whatever East plays as cheaply as possible and then Declarer's remaining two diamonds are good (played from the top down).
