Contract is Spades.  South to lead.  Win 5 tricks.

Solution:  Play any small diamond and ruff it with the ace of spades!  Now lead the 2 of spades finessing East for the queen.  Another round of trump pulls the last of the defender's trump cards and South is left with only good diamonds, taking all five tricks.
