Contract is no trump.  South to lead.  Win 4 tricks.

Solution:  Play a high spade.  If East ducks, continue with a second high spade.  East will eventually be forced to win the spade ace (it may even take a third round of them).  Whenever he does he is either forced lead lead away from the king of hearts or give you the necessary entry to North so that you can do the heart finesse yourself.  Regardless of when East wins the ace of spades declarer always comes to two spade tricks and two heart tricks.
