Contract is spades.  South to lead.  Win 4 tricks.
Solution:  Start with a low club, winning the ace and then play the final trump.  East is thrown in on this trick and has now been stripped of all cards except diamonds.  If East exits with the eight declarer can win the final three tricks with the 9, king and queen.  East therefore must exit with the diamond jack or ten.  Declarer now plays the diamond four and wins this trick in the north hand with the diamond queen.  Now playing a diamond through East to the king/nine in South finesses East and gives declarer four tricks.
